LIC Housing Fin Q3 net up 15%

LIC Housing Finance on Monday posted a 15 per cent jump in net profit at Rs 153.57 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2009 against Rs 134.33 crore in the corresponding quarter previous fiscal, the company said in a filing to Bombay St ock Exchange. Total income increased by around 15 per cent to Rs 880.46 crore from Rs 766.68 crore

LIC Housing Finance Q4 net up 33% at Rs 158 cr

LIC Housing Finance today said its net profit rose by 33.14 per cent to Rs 157.55 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2009.  The company had a net profit of Rs 118.09 crore in the same quarter ended March 31, 2008, LIC Housing Finance said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Total income of the company surged to Rs 790.47 crore during the quarter under review, as against Rs 606.76 crore in the same quarter previous fiscal.     For the year ended March 31, the company recorded a net profit of Rs 531.62 crore from Rs 387.18 crore in the same period last fiscal, up by 37.30 per cent.

LIC Housing Finance Q3 net up by 38% (Business Standard 17th Jan 2008) LIC Housing Finance registered a 38 per cent rise in net profit to Rs 106.02 crore in the third quarter ended December 2007 compared with Rs 78.61 crore in the same quarter last year. Income from operations stood at Rs 534.35 crore in the quarter as against Rs 396.11 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. The total income, including other income and income from operations, rose by 37 per cent to Rs 552 crore, as against Rs 404.10 crore in the corresponding period.
