Inflation moves up to 3.75% (Business Standard 14th Dec 2007) Inflation, based on the wholesale price index (WPI), for the week ended December 1, has risen to 3.75%, from 3.01% in the previous week. An increase in the prices of fruits and some vegetables in the last week may have led to the rise of inflation, an analyst said.
