Real estate developer DLF on Thursday announced buy back of shares worth up to Rs 1,100 crore at a price not exceeding Rs 600 per share.
The Board of Directors at its meeting held approved the proposal for buy-back of up to 2.2 crore equity shares, the company said in a filing to National Stock Exchange.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 464, up 3.04 per cent on the NSE in the noon trade.
